Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before your arrival or, by prior arrangement, in cash upon arrival. The deposit is non-refundable unless the booking is canceled at least 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Please note, we do not accept credit or debit cards.

Electricity and gas are included in the rental price.

Bed linen is available for £25 per caravan. Please note that towels are not included. If you require bed linen, please request it in advance of your stay.

While we strive to ensure all advertised amenities are available, we cannot accept liability for any omissions or changes.

Accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in may be available with prior approval

The accommodation, including furniture and equipment, must be returned in the same condition as it was upon check-in. Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction, and must maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property until departure.

If the booked accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, our liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

The proprietors are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property, including valuables, vehicles, bikes, boats, etc., or for any personal injury or death, regardless of how it occurred

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of £25 per week. Dogs must be kept under control at all times and cannot be left unattended in the caravans. A maximum of 2 dogs per caravan is allowed.  Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not disturb other guests or wildlife. 

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation for maintenance or emergency purposes with prior notice.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravans.
